 ircraft Systems (UAS) operations in Yuma. FAA Safety Team Program Managers 
 Ernie Copeland and Tina Buskirk will present on FAA Rule Part 107 for comme
 rcial operators, to be followed by a presentation on rules and safety consi
 derations for hobbyists. Next, Dr. Sarah Nilsson will discuss UAS law and c
 ourt precedence. Last, John Nunes will present on the procedure for public 
 use authorizations. MCAS Yuma ATC personnel will also be on hand to answer
