 anized "hangar flying" focused on building flying knowledge and skills. The
  program's network promotes a safety culture through continued education an
 d believes that we develop safety and proficiency through education and rea
 l-life experience. Monthly meetings offer an opportunity to share in-flight
  experiences and valuable safety tips. Through the FAA Safety Program, avia
 tion professionals provide informative WINGS presentations. Membership in t
 he EAA/VMC Club is encouraged but not required to participate in this meeti
 ng. At the meeting, participants will be given the opportunity to meet and 
 interact with IMC Club founder and EAA's Manager of Flight Proficiency - Ra

 What is the EAA/VMC Club?\nThe EAA/VMC Club is modeled after the popular IM
 C Club concept which provides organized “hangar flying” focused
  on building proficiency in instrument flying. The EAA/VMC Club will do the
  same, but for pilots who are not instrument rated and fly primarily under 
 visual flight rules and VMC.\n\n\nWhat is the purpose of EAA/VMC Club?\nAt 
 EAA/VMC Club, our aim is to promote instrument flying, proficiency, and saf
 ety. Along with monthly local meetings, we offer a resource-rich website wh
 ich provides an electronic experience base.\nOur intent is to create a comm
 unity of pilots to share information, provide recognition, foster communica
 tions, promote safety and build proficiency in general aviation. EAA/VMC Cl
 ub offers monthly meetings in which pilots can network and share knowledge 
 and experiences.\n\n\nDo you need to bring anything?\nFirst, bring your tho
 ughts or story and be willing to share them with the group. This meeting is
  very interactive. Participation by the group is a fundamental element of t
 he EAA/VMC Club meeting.\nOthers have found it helpful to bring along a cop
 y of their flight manual, GPS manual, and charts. If you navigate with an i
 Pad, bring it along.\n\n\nWho can attend?\nThis meeting is open to all curr
