 oices.\n\n\nOn Dec. 1, at the Arizona State University Polytechnic campus i
 n Mesa, Ariz., Tina Buskirk of the FAA Flight Standards District Office and
  Jeff Hurd of PHI Air Ambulance will lead an in-depth 90-minute session abo
 ut a safety-conscious helicopter pilot who died while trying to fly a very 
 noble mission. We will use an extensive NTSB accident report, photos, anima
 tion, and pilot background materials as you weigh the consequences of each 
 operational decision.\n\n\nSponsored by the International Helicopter Safety
  Team, this “Go Local” workshop reviews accidents that happened to good pil
 ots (like you) who often were trying to do great deeds with their helicopte
 rs. Participants will analyze the decision-making processes that can lead t
 o disaster and determine what they can do to avoid falling into similar tra
