  Description:\nThe runway safety action team (RSAT) meeting provides an opp
 ortunity for airport users and tenants to discuss airport surface safety co
 ncerns in an effort to reduce risk. The agenda items for the meeting includ
 e a discussion of runway and/or taxiway changes, markings, lighting, electr
 ical, signage, and procedures. The team will also discuss open and recently
  closed action items, and review runway incursions and surface deviations t
 hat have occurred in the past 12 months. The meeting is open to all airport
