 ered. A table display of survival-related gear will be used to reinforce th

 at the intersection of Dan Carrell Dr. and Heritage Park Rd. (this is the o
 nly entrance with a traffic light). At the round-about, exit at the first o
 pportunity - north on Dobberteen Dr.. Proceed on Dobberteen Dr. until reach
 ing a stop sign, at the intersection with Haas Blvd.. Turn left onto Haas B
 lvd. and proceed to parking in Lot D. The Jack R. Hunt Student Union - Lowe
 r Hangar, building 16, is accessible by following the walkway between lots

 .\n\n\nThe speakers for this event are:\n\n\nAl Cornell\n\n\nAl retired fro
 m the U.S. Army after 30 years of active service. Throughout his military c
 areer, he served in two distinct career patterns. First, he was a Rotor Win
 g Aviator with two flying tours in Viet Nam, flying armed B Model Hueys and
  Cobras. Al also served two assignments as a Flight Instructor and commande
 d aviation units. Second, Al was a Foreign Area Officer, specializing in La
 tin America, where he served in five military assignments and one assignmen
 t for the U.S. State Department. Al retired to Sedona in 1994 and joined Ve
 rde Search &amp; Rescue in 1995. Since 1995, Al has taught “Wilderness Surv
 ival,” Land Navigation, Human Tracking and a variety of prehistoric skills.
 \n\n\nMichael Vitek\n\n\nMichael graduated from the University of Minnesota
  in 1967, (Bachelor of Civil Engineering), and then spent 7 years as a Nava
 l Aviator flying A-4’s and EA-3B’s. After the Navy, he became a pilot for F
 EDEX for the next 28 years. While employed with FEDEX Michael was a Flight 
 Instructor and Check Airman. His FAA certificates and ratings include ATP s
 ingle and multiengine land, CFI, and advanced ground instructor. While at F
 EDEX he flew Falcons (DA-20), 727’s, MD-11’s, and Airbus A-310. Michael and
  his wife moved to Sedona and he started volunteering with Friends of the F
 orest on several committees doing work for the Forest Service. This led to 
 joining Verde Search and Rescue. He teaches land Nav and GPS classes for th
 e Forest Service and Search and Rescue.\n\n\nEqual Access Information:\nThe
