Joss i, CFI-I\n\n\nCurrently in aviation finance with AirFleet Capital based at KCHD. He also does some flight instructing in the Chandler area. Phil is an Accredited Bonanza Proficiency Pilot Program Instructor with just under 4, 000 hours that has grown from his initial certification in 1983 and is curr ently President of the American Bonanza Society, a 9,800 member Beechcraft type club. Phil was a Civil Air Patrol member for over 15 years flying as a Mission Pilot, Mission Check Pilot and instructor pilot for the CAP. He al so held several Wing positions during tenure with CAP. Phil is also a FAAST eam Representative for the Scottsdale FSDO.\n\n\nEAA/VMC Club, through the EAA's global Chapter structure, provides organized "hangar flying" focused on building flying knowledge and skills. The program's network promotes a s afety culture through continued education and believes that we develop safe ty and proficiency through education and real life experience.
